One Creative Introvert’s Effort To Take On The Extroverted Marketing World…

Welcome to day number one-hundred-ten of 365 Days Of Marketing And Me… but more importantly… today is also 4/20… a day I plan to celebrate by promoting my websites isit420ornot.com and thatonestoner.com… these are two sites that I started to build using Web Development Bootcamps to provide the framework… only… my desktop computer… where the files all live… crashed back in November… which is why I started this project…

At first… I was just going to improved The Wicker Breaker’s SEO until I earned enough to replace the power supply… but then… I messed everything up by changing all of my URLs before learning the correct way to do so… killing the revenue stream that I needed to save up… it ended up taking more than four months for me to earn enough to finally afford the part…

I bought the part two months ago… and now I’m just waiting for it to ship… I can’t wait for this thing to arrive… because… when I do fix my main machine… not only will I be able to return to work on these old stoner sites… but I’ll also have tools to add some more Wicker Breaking fun… since I don’t have and/or can’t run any software on this piece of crap laptop that I’m stuck with…

Fingers crossed that the delivery will actually be a week and a half away…

We’ll see… until then… I’m going to wrap up my rambling introduction to the day… now let’s move on to see how I handled the theme from yesterday…

According to the 365 Days Of Marketing book… yesterday was Hanging Out Day… which is exactly what I did… and exactly what I plan to do today… as I plan to celebrate 4/20 all day… even more all day than every day… well… like I used to… back before I returned my efforts towards this blog… and was smoking all day every day to deal with nerve pain…

Now that I’m used to the issues with my nerves and am blogging again… I smoke some of the day every day… because I don’t really like being high while I write… so yeah… all of this rambling usually comes from my sober brain… but not today… today I started to celebrate early… because I was still in the zone from yesterday’s celebration of Hanging Out Day…

With that… I’m going to consider today’s theme taken care of… now let’s see what the book has in store for today…

The 365 Days Of Marketing book says that today is Look-Alike Day… and I’m going to be looking like Puff the Magic Dragon most of the day if it continues the way that it’s going… but that’s fine… because then maybe I’ll stumble into something fun for me to write about tomorrow…
