Well, I woke early today yet here I sit hours later having accomplished nothing. Part of the problem is that I woke to find that today is the day to run all the maintenance software required to get my computer up to speed. This takes a couple of hours so I could've written this post while said software ran in the background but due to past experiences, I don't trust that my computer won't randomly restart without warning causing me to lose all of my progress.

I don't think this matters though because there is the other part of me that just doesn't have all that much to say being that yesterday was a successful day but at the same time it was very boring. It all started when I woke at six and went straight to work leading me to finish all my obligation before noon. 

A nap followed my Daily Breaker post and SNL review, which was nice but only lasted an hour without any dreams involved. Following the nap, I sat around for a bit before jumping in to work on my novel rewrite. I feel that between the earlier than usual start and well-rested head, I was able to focus and get a lot done without lollygagging. 

Being that there were so few distractions, I didn't end up getting lost in thought or wrapped up in other distractions that often lead to the insights I report on with these daily ramblings. So with that, I'm going to cut things short and hope that I stumble onto something worth reporting on when I check in with tomorrow's update.
