The Resolution: Lately I've been thinking of movies to add to my personal list of the top 100 movies of all time as part of Resolution #216. Today the movie Adventures of Power came to mind.

This has to be one of the best movies about air-drumming that I've ever seen, possibly because it's the only movie about air-drumming that I've ever seen. Either way, I like this movie enough that it's going to make my top 100 list.

As I was fondly thinking about Adventures of Power I started to wonder if I have what it takes to be a competitive air drummer...

And here we are today.

Result #290: I Could Just Post A Video Of Me Pounding Away At An Air-Drum Set And Call This One Good… But Until I Buy A Throne And Drum Sticks… My Air-Drumming Career Is A Fail…

Update #1: The Conclusion…

As I said in the title, I could fudge together a video of me swinging imaginary drum sticks in the air while sitting in a standard chair in order to call this a success and move on but if I'm going to consider myself a competitive air drummer I'm going to do it right.

One of these days I hope to have the extra time and money to buy a drumming throne and a pair of drum sticks and learn to air drum the right way.

Of course… I will let you know when I do manage to make it past the talk and actually become an air drummer.
