365 Days Of Marketing And Me: Day One Hundred 4/10/2021

One Creative Introvert’s Effort To Take On The Extroverted Marketing World…

Welcome to day number one hundred of 365 Days Of Marketing And Me… and I can’t believe we’re already 100 days into this year… I also can’t believe that I’m still waiting for my audience and revenue to return after I messed things up by changing all of my URLs without doing all of the appropriate leg work… and finally… I can’t believe that I’m still waiting on a power supply for my computer… which I order over two months ago… paying extra for expediting the shipment…

It’s a good thing that the new meds that I’m on are keeping me mellow… because I’m sure that I would be on the verge of throwing my laptop through a window if I wasn’t getting treatment for my mental health… because… though I still get extremely annoyed… I’ve been able to handle bad news lately… better than I have in quite a while…

It probably also helps that I’m now aware that I have an inner ear issue that used to make me that I was losing my mind… knowing that the issue is physical and not mental is probably the biggest contributing factor as to why this effort from me to seek help has been going so well this time around… now I just need to figure out how to write minus the racing thoughts that used to fill my head…

And that concludes my introduction to the day… now let’s move on to see how I handled the theme from yesterday…

According to the 365 Days Of Marketing book… yesterday was Name Yourself Day… and since it’s the weekend… I’m going to make this one quick by simply saying that… if I were able to name myself any other name than my own… I’d go by Walter Baker… because it sounds similar to The Wicker Breaker… which is why it almost became my pen name years ago… when I was getting a lot of work as a ghostwriter… and wanted to hide my identity even more…

So… if you see a Walter Baker who writes with a ton of ellipsis… there’s a good chance that it’s actually me…

And with that… I’m going to consider today’s theme taken care of… now let’s see what the book has in store for today…

The 365 Days Of Marketing book says that today is Golfers Day… and I haven’t golfed in years… but at least I do have a history with the sport… so I should be able to come up with a story or two to tell… but… of course… you’ll have to wait for tomorrow’s posts to see what I managed to come up with to celebrate the day …

But for now… to wrap it all up… below are my statistics for the last seven days… now complete with speed stats…
