One Creative Introvert’s Effort To Take On The Extroverted Marketing World…

Welcome to day number one-hundred-thirteen of 365 Days Of Marketing And Me… where… I’m learning a thing or two about myself… though I’ve heard that a bothered mind focusing on the past can lead to depression… and focusing on the future can lead to anxiety… I have no idea what a bothered mind is supposed to do while focusing on the now…

This might explain why… now that I’m on meds that keep my mind stable… and not dancing back and forth through time in my head… I’m no longer able to just sit down and ramble about any subject… which then might explain why I’m not feeling this challenge… maybe I need the imbalance for this type of task… or maybe I just need to learn a new approach….

This is why I’m willing to continue to flounder until I figure it out… so please excuse these terrible days of writing on this site… I swear… next year I’ll get back to writing quirky reviews…

Until then… I’m going to wrap up this introduction to the day… now let’s move on to see how I handled the theme from yesterday…

According to the 365 Days Of Marketing book… yesterday was Jelly Bean Day… and to celebrate… I bought a big ass bag of Jelly Belly beans… I have a story about how the candy was in the wrong spot… so… what I thought was going to be a $5.99 bag ended up costing me $11.99… and in the past… I would turn this story into a fun little rant… but minus the imbalance… I don’t see the point… so I’m just going to end this task right here…

With that… I’m going to consider today’s theme taken care of… now let’s see what the book has in store for today…

The 365 Days Of Marketing book says that today is Take Your Children To Work Day… and again… I don’t have kids… so once again… I’ll have to come up with a technical way to fulfill a breeder’s task… we’ll see what I come up with tomorrow… and we’ll see if I end up in a better mood…
