Good News: Today is day number fifteen on this year's NaNoWriMo challenge and I am now close to two days ahead of the recommended pace, or at least I will be after I finish my pages for today. Bad News: I am not longer a day ahead of my SNL reviews due to the fact that I got a wild hair up my ass and ended up drinking the day away.

I can't even remember the last time I had a backup review on hand to allow me to skip a day so I'm not all that upset with myself for using my safety net just days after building it. That said, it definitely wasn't my plan to take the day off but I woke around 4:00 in the AM, got all of my work for the day done by 7:00 in the AM.

The plan was to have a couple of drinks to force myself into a nap to split my day before starting on that weren't due until today. What started out as a couple drinks turned into a full-blown drunk fest, and next thing I knew it was 6:30 in the PM. Though I did manage to get some NaNoWriMo words in while drinking, I was far too drunk to focus enough to get through an SNL viewing and then review it.

The backup plan was to watch and review the show when I woke but that didn't end up happening until this morning. As I said, I'm not beating myself up over this because the whole reason I bought the booze was to celebrate the fact that I had this extra day to waste while getting wasted.

So, all that I have to do after I hit "Save and Publish" for this Daily Breaker post is watch and review today's episode of SNL and I'll be technically done with my workload. After that, I plan to continue my NaNoWriMo writing and if I'm in the mood, I'll try to at least watch and summarize tomorrow SNL but I doubt that I will get that far.

Oh well, we'll see what I do get to and as always, I'll check in tomorrow to share how everything turns out. Until then, you have yourself a good day and good luck to you on any of your projects.

Talk to you soon,

Sincerely,

The Wicker Breaker

P.S. If you are reading this and playing along with this year's NaNoWriMo feel free to add fubunker as your writing buddy and I will buddy you back.
