Operation Achieve Anything: Day One-Hundred-Thirty-Eight, Dateline 5-18-2018

Focusing on the act of breathing clears the mind of all daily distractions and clears our energy enabling us to better connect with the Spirit within.

Good morning crickets. Welcome to day number one-hundred-thirty-eight of Operation Achieve Anything. Today I am excited because I finally received my paycheck!!! As I said the other day, getting paid once a month kind of sucks because of all the waiting but I love how big the paychecks are this way without having to think of saving. For this check, it was extra hard to wait because they sent me an automated email a week ago that it was on the way.

Oh well, it’s over now so I’m going to jump on and get to the assignments I’m here to report on for today. This is going to be a quick one considering both assignments are focused on breathing to continue the current theme of the Achieve Anything… book. Yesterday, I was supposed to remember to take a breath before answering anyone’s questions.

This makes sense to me but unfortunately, as a shut-in, I barely spoke to anyone at all yesterday and any of the questions asked of me did induce any stress. I mean, the deepest question of the night was when my mom asked to remind her of a drag queen’s name while watching RuPaul. I do get the point of the task though because I do tend to hold my breath when I start to feel stressed out. That said, depending on how you pull this off, I could see the breathing technique be very off-putting if it is noticeable by the person asking the question like you’re showing your hand that they’re being frustrating.

I know that’s not the way the book means for you to take a breath but it was a funny image that came to my head that I thought I’d share to wrap up yesterday’s task and move on to the current one. For today, I’m supposed to take ten minutes to myself and just breath, almost as if I were meditating… well… according to the book at least to me, this is meditation.

Either way, you’ll have to wait for tomorrow’s update to see what comes of this experience. Until then, it’s now time for me to finish this thing off as usual by saying, good day and good luck to you and all of your projects.

Talk to you soon.

Sincerely,

The Wicker Breaker
