365 Days Of Marketing And Me: Day Ninety-Three 4/3/2021

One Creative Introvert’s Effort To Take On The Extroverted Marketing World…

Welcome to day number ninety-three of 365 Days Of Marketing And Me… and I’m still excited that I decided to sign up for a free month towards a Udacity NanoDegree for Front End Web Development… where I plan to learn how to rebuild The Wicker Breaker from scratch… and am even more excited to write my first batch of code in quite a while…

For the first assignment… I have to build a basic blog with a homepage and example of what a post might look like… I’m going to use this as an excuse to develop the idea for the website Isochronia.com… which I’ve owned for a couple of years… and up until now has only been made up of a single “Coming Soon” page…

I figured that I’d start with this site while I learn… rather than break The Wicker Breaker even more while trying to make more improvements… I’ve set this website back enough while trying to fix its SEO… so I’ll wait until I actually know what I’m doing before I make that leap…

Plus… if I develop an entirely different website… I’ll even more content to experiment with… and since my idea for Isochronia has to do with repurposing public domain content… and not my own words… I can use this as an outlet for fun… when I need breaks from working on this blog… behind-the-scenes or otherwise…

P.S. please excuse any Isochronia outages while I set everything up… I’ll be sure to include updates as the course continues and I continue to develop the site…

Until then… I’m going to consider the introduction portion of today to be done… so that I can move on to share how I handled the theme from yesterday…

According to the 365 Days Of Marketing book… yesterday was Children’s Book Day… and once again… I’m going to celebrate the theme by marketing old content from 365 Days Of Resolution… specifically Resolution #121… where I planned to learn sign language well enough to sign my way through the children’s book… Everybody Poops… after getting an ASL version of the book back when I worked at Children’s Hospital…

ASL Everybody Poops…

Though I failed to complete this resolution… sharing the fact that I tried should be enough to celebrate Children’s Book Day

And with today’s theme out of the way… let’s see what the book has in store for today…

The 365 Days Of Marketing book says that today is Walk To Work Day… which I celebrate every day… by walking from my bed to my desk… hell… sometimes I do this multiple times a day… if a nap is required… that said… I’ve got another way to celebrate… but.. you’ll have to wait for tomorrow’s post to find out how…

But for now… to wrap it all up… below are my statistics for the last seven days… now complete with speed stats…

Ezoic stats for the day
