Dateline 11-2-2016

Yesterday ended up being a pretty good day. As I mentioned yesterday, my little sister is in town for the week, my older sister came down to visit, my mom also took time off work for my sister's stay and my youngest sister was also around, so there was plenty of stuff happening all day, and I finally took an entire day off from sitting at my computer, which hasn't happened in a while.

The day started with work as usual so it wasn't technically a full day away from the computer but it didn't take long before I was inside with the others watching RuPaul. I never thought when I was growing up that my favorite show to watch with my mom would be a show about guys dressed as girls competing for a crown, but that's what's happening.

We also watched the movie Bad Moms first, which was fun to watch with a group. As I pointed out last week, I've been struggling to enjoy movies when watching them alone, so even though it wasn't really a movie that I'd pick to watch alone, I did really enjoy enjoying a movie once again.

After the movie, the girls all went out for dinner and a movie, leaving me home alone with my nephew. That was pretty fun as well since my sleep schedule has changed, I haven't been coming into the house as much during the day so I haven't been hanging out with him as much as I used to and have been feeling real bad about that so it was fun to play, just me and him, for a couple hours until his dad came home.

I think being around so many people burnt out my ever growing introverted mind because I was able to able to fall asleep much earlier and easier than usual. Now I'm up nice and early and already finished my work. After I finish this post I'm going to head in to see what's going on. It should be another day of fun with a crowd which I feel is really helping to refresh my spirits and inspire me to have more to say in these daily post. Well, at least more to say than pointing out the fact that I have nothing to say.

Now it's time to head inside to see if my timing is right to get a free lunch.

Talk to you tomorrow,

The Wicker Breaker
