The Daily Breaker: Dateline 1-21-2021

Good Evening Crickets…

Here we are… at the end of another day… and I have to say… I’m really enjoying the benefits of this new Pamelor pill that my doctor has me on… as I noted yesterday… I take the pill for the buzzing in my left ear… but it’s commonly used to treat depression… but I’m sure that I’ll have to wait to see that bonus benefit… what I’m loving about the pill is its anti-bedwetting effect… because… even though I’m not a bedwetter… it seems to keep me from waking to use the bathroom…

This morning I woke to find that my fitness tracker had me at a little over eight-hours’ worth of sleep with zero minutes of awake time and three-and-a-half of those hours were noted as being deep sleep… I’ve been using some form of sleep tracker on and off for at least five years… and I have yet to get numbers even close to this…

At best… even if I managed to stay down for eight hours… two of those hours we spent awake spread throughout the night with only five or ten minutes of deep sleep scattered here and there… now I just fear that as soon as I get caught up on all of the sleep that I’ve missed over the past couple of weeks… I’ll end up with so much extra energy that I’ll be up for days… which has been an issue in the past…

Oh well… for now it nice to actually wake up feeling recharged… if I keep this up… I may just build up enough energy to finally get back to adding some form of fitness routine into my day… that is the reason that I dug out my health tracker again after all… that’s all that I’ve got for tonight… as always… I look forward to sharing tomorrow’s updates… talk to you then…
