Resolution #92: Test Out This Bracelet That Claims To Be The Vitamin You Wear...

Date: 4-2-2014

Due Date: 4-2-2015

Resolution: While stocking shelves at work, I keep running across this product that claims to be the vitamin you wear. In my head, this seems to be nothing more than a repackaging of those magnetic horseshoe bracelets with the little balls on the ends.

I'm sure if I were to talk to the creator of this product they would try to prove the validity of this claim by using the same carney tricks all of the other supplement pitchmen use. You know the one where they have you hold your arm out without the product and they are easily able to push it down. Then they have you hold their product and no matter how hard they seem to struggle, they can't get your arm to budge. Claiming it’s the product and not the trickery that causing this.

All this said I'm going into this experiment as a skeptic but I'm always up to test a BS claim. I will wear one of these magic bracelets for a month and share my findings.

Result #92: I Successfully Bought And Wore This Magic Bracelet For Over A Month… But… I Failed To Feel Any Difference…

Update #1: The Purchase Of The Magical Bracelet…

Date: 4-13-2014

So last night bought the magical bracelet that claims to be the vitamin that you wear. I'm not even sure how to tell whether or not it's working but it will be living on my arm for at least a month.

When I look at it I can't help but think of the Battle Beast toys that came out when I was a kid. I want to press my thumb against the centerpiece to see if I am fire, water, or wood.

I'll let you know if anything magical happens.

Update #2: The Conclusion…

Date: 4-2-2015

I've been wearing this magical vitamin bracelet for a month straight without taking it off for a second. I feel better but as I pointed out in the Foot Detox conclusion, I've been doing a lot to improve my health lately so it's hard to narrow it down to this ionized bracelet.

I've been drinking eight eight-ounce glasses of water a day, stopped smoking, started eating a salad a day, stopped drinking alone, and I've been getting more exercise (mainly because I have to run all over the place at work, but I'm working up to an exercise regiment.)

I don't credit this bracelet for anything, but I've grown to like it. Since I started wearing a watch every time I leave my apartment I feel it adds a little balance to my accessories. Even though I don't feel anything… all that magical… is happening I'm going to continue to wear this bracelet until I either get fed up with it, or it falls apart.
