365 Days Of Marketing And Me: Day One-Hundred-Five 4/15/2021
/One Creative Introvert’s Effort To Take On The Extroverted Marketing World…
Welcome to day number one-hundred-five of 365 Days Of Marketing And Me… and as predicted in yesterday’s post… I received an email this morning informing me that the power supply that I’ve been waiting on for six weeks is now 10 to 15 days away from arriving at the new place that I ordered it from…
Though it sucks that I still have to wait… not only will I be saving over a hundred buck on the part… this new place is also small enough that my purchase as an individual seems to matter more than it did when my order went through my computer’s manufacturer…
Either way… this new delay still has me feeling annoyed enough to affect my mood and writing… meaning today may end up being another less inspired post… but at least my meds help me handle the frustration better than I’ve been able to in the near past…
And that concludes my introduction to the day… now let’s move on to see how I handled the theme from yesterday…
According to the 365 Days Of Marketing book… yesterday was Teach Your Children To Save Day… and in order to technically fulfill the day… since I don’t have any kids… I’m going to go back to the 365 Days Of Resolution well… to promote Resolution #167… where I was supposed to save a bunch of money by using a fictional marketing scheme that I read in the book The Siren’s Of Titan by Kurt Vonnegut...
It’s a convoluted investment scheme… but if I did have a kid… I would encourage them to try to use it…
And with that… I’m going to consider today’s theme taken care of… now let’s see what the book has in store for today…
The 365 Days Of Marketing book says that today is Income Tax Pay Day… which is the worst day that the book has assigned so far… because who wants to write about filling out a form… but… I guess that’s what I’ll have to report on when I check in with tomorrow’s post… we’ll see if I can make it more interesting than just talking about paying bills…
But for now… to wrap it all up… below are my statistics for the last seven days… now complete with speed stats…
