Resolution #318: Learn Circular Breathing...

The Resolution: I never felt that I was all that good at breathing.
Heavy or healthy, I get winded easy, I suffer from a mild case of sleep apnea, and from time to time I find that I'm just holding my breath for no reason whatsoever. Sometimes I joke that I'm too busy thinking about other things to remember to breathe. I fully believe that this leads to some of my anxiety issues.
I wonder if learning circular breathing will help with these breathing issues.
Either way… I'm going to give it a shot!!!

Update #1: The Conclusion...

Once again, I'm particularly disappointed with myself for this failure to even attempt to learn circular breathing. I know I'm not the best at breathing… to begin with… but I'm sure I could have found a free YouTube video that explains circular breathing techniques and with time and practice I could have figured it out or at least had a more interesting story than, "I didn't try."
I also could try to cram and attempt to learn by the end of the day, claiming victory at the slightest sign of success, but I want to do this right. So, like all the other recent failures, this resolution is now officially a part of the upcoming Bucket List Challenge that I will be starting at the beginning of the year.
As always I'll keep you posted on my progress and let you know when I can finally breathe in circles.
