I'm feeling pretty good today!!!

Last night my paycheck arrived so I was able to replenish my inventory of "medicine." I know, I know, I always gripe about being poor so I could see why one could argue that, what could be considered a vice, shouldn't be that high on my list of priorities of things to buy, but the benefits that come from being able to regulate my sleep without pills or alcohol far outweigh any concerns an outsider might have about how I live my life.

Also, the dispensary that I buy from has an ongoing deal to where a month's supply of "meds" fits into my budget without affecting my mandatory needs. Though their discounted product isn't the strongest to where I don't get all that much of the recreational effects, it does get the job done of getting me relaxed enough to sleep.

I wasn't all that sure whether or not it actually was the quality of the "meds" I've been buying or if my tolerance has gotten out of control over the years so yesterday I opted to buy a vaporizer pen because they seem to be marketed as being more potent. I owned one years ago but the product was hard to find and the technology still had a few kinks to iron out. Now everything is sold in cartridges that are just ready to go, so I went ahead and bought a new one.

Normally, I have to smoke an entire bowl just to feel anything but with this pen, I was feeling pretty good off of one hit. It wasn't long before I was sound asleep. When I awoke this morning I felt more refreshed than ever and didn't have the feeling in my chest that I get from smoking burning flowers, not that this throat and chest feeling is anywhere near the feeling you get when you smoke cigarettes but it is still there.

The best part was, not only did I get to the point where I was ready to sleep pretty quickly but I also felt the recreational effects right away which is the best way to wrap up the day. I can't wait to try more flavors and strains.

I'll be sure to keep you posted if I find a brand that I really like.

Until then...

Talk to you tomorrow,
