Why am I being tortured with sleepless nights again???

I was doing so good for the past month, sleeping an average of six to seven hours a day and accorded to my Fitbit, these segments of slumber were solid with some restless moments at the beginning and end of my sleep.

This week, ever since Monday, I haven't been able to get more than five hours and that's including an afternoon nap. What makes things worse is the sleep that I do get is heavily interrupted.

I have no idea why this is happening. The only thing that changed is I stayed up all night the Friday before this started which I can see why this might cause me to stay up later than usual but I don't know how this would affect the restlessness because even at the worst of my insomnia, once I manage to hit the hay the following sleep was solid.

The thing that bothers me the most is that I can feel the accumulating sleep deprivation is beginning to affect my mood. Good thing it's the weekend because as soon as I write and post my SNL review, I'm going to do absolutely nothing but relax for the rest of the day.
