/Alright, my next batch of "sleep aid" has been ordered and is on its way to my house as I type. That said, I'm starting to get nervous that it might not be the solution to my sleep issue that I am currently struggling with. Last night, I bought some over the counter sleeping pills to see if it would send me into a solid slumber, using my "meds" to initially put me down.
I felt like I got a solid night's sleep yet my Fitbit shows that it was terrible and I believe the results because I still feel like I'm running out of gas. Then again, I do have a history with sleeping pills and they've never really done much as far as making me feel refreshed, but they do help with the initial transition into sleep.
Now that I've thought about this more as I write, my confidence in my solution is beginning to grow. For one, I'm sticking to the Fitbit evidence that I pointed out yesterday, it is very clear that my sleep quality started to decline the exact day I switched over to the cheap "meds."
Then there is the fact that I have a history with sleeping pills. I used to take them all the time and then see how long I could stay awake to heighten the silly feeling of sleep deprivation. When I would do this, I would get very fidgety and twitch real hard from time to time. I could see how this would translate in sleep as a very restless moment.
It would be super nice to find out that I'm right and that I have a solid cure for my restless night. I mean, this stuff already has proven to be a much healthier way to induce slumber to where I genuinely feel it's the best solution for my insomnia. Now I just need to find the right strand to keep me relaxed when I'm under.
We'll see what happens and I will check in tomorrow with solid results as to what happened.
Wish me luck!!!
Sincerely,
The Wicker Breaker
