/Over the past few days, I kept saying how I was taking things easy to rest up for today where I planned to hit the ground running as I return to my usual scheduled programming. Hopefully, that didn't come across as some sort of big build up to a new feature on this site because my enthusiasm was based on the fact that I finally got caught up with my life after two weeks of letting non-obligatory tasks slide due to jury duty and internet issues.
Today, I plan to keep up blogging obligations which include this post here and the SNL review I plan to post later in the day. I'm pretty good at sticking to these tasks because I have to actually share what I come up with, making procrastination almost impossible to pull off. Then again, I don't think there is anyone out there that would call me on it if I did end up skipping a post.
Either way, I'm going to post as usual while also getting back to my walking routine which I've only neglected for the past four or five days. It's amazing how, now that I'm old, it feels like I instantly lose any of the progress in my health after taking more than a day off and it's not that I wasn't walking at all, I just wasn't paying attention to my goals.
Other than that, I need to get back into my job hunt as the last job that said they were going to hire me about two months ago is still dragging me along. I do have another one off gig that I might be starting soon, but other than that I desperately need a steady income.
Aside from those two tasks that are nothing new, just things that I need to get back to, I also need to get back to taking the handful of cheap classes that I'm signed up to. These classes are more for fun and personal development since I need the above mention steady income to be able to afford to get back into the Android Development class that I really want to get back into.
Finally, I plan to do a bunch of prep-work for my SNL reviews because I want to set up the layout of my post with a goal of always being at least a full season ahead of the episode I am actually reviewing. I did a trial run of this effort the other day and I can layout a page every ten to twenty minutes depending on how well I'm focused.
Writing this out makes it seem like a whole lot of work and it is, but really I'm just going back to doing what I used to do. That said, I probably won't get to all of this today but this is just the schedule that I want to get back into.
We'll see what I can pull off and as always, I'll let you know how things turn out.
Talk to you tomorrow,
The Wicker Breaker
