Operation Achieve Anything: Day Two-Hundred-Thirty, Dateline 8-18-2018
/Good morning crickets. Welcome to day number two-hundred-thirty of Operation Achieve Anything. It’s Saturday, so I’m going to make it a quick one in order to get to enjoying my day off. Yesterday turned out to be a surprise half day when my job’s server that assigns our tasks went down for the day. I think that might be why I’m in a bit more of a vacation mood than usual, but that’s okay, I’m allowed to take breaks on the weekend.
Thankfully, the assignment from yesterday is going to make it easy to keep this one short. The task at hand focused on time management which, whether or not an expert would agree with my process, I’m perfectly fine with what I do with my time and make constant adjustments whenever I see what inefficient for what I’m trying to accomplish. As I keep saying, I’ve never felt that I’ve had a problem with productivity, my problem has always been with the team building needed to get my work to a more professional level.
This actually transitions well into today's assignment where the book’s lesson was about how excessive organizing can be great but there comes a point where you have to stop planning and go, and while you’re moving, you better be flexible. Since I’ve never really experienced stability, I’ve lived my entire life with plans that were loose because I never knew which way I’d go. I think I carried this over to my approach to long-term projects.
Once again, there was no real assignment which is nice, but it makes it a bit of a mystery as to what I will say tomorrow. Oh well, I guess we’ll all see what happen. Until then, it’s now time for me to sign off by saying, good day and good luck to you and all of your projects.
Talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
The Wicker Breaker
