The Daily Breaker: Dateline 3-2-2021

Good Evening Crickets…

Here we are at the end of another day and I got back on the exercise bike tonight after taking the last two days off because of my non-birthday blues… I’m making myself go up five more minutes a day to punish myself for the time off… but then again… I was planning for the time increase… and don’t want to get in the habit of pushing myself harder as a negative… so I guess I’ll say that I’m rewarding myself with more fitness because it does lead to better sleep…

And sleep is what I need right now… so… I’m going to cut this one really short… and try to start my evening post a little earlier… because I also think that I’m starting to feel the effects of my new crazy pills that are supposed to sedate me at night… I didn’t feel it the last couple of nights… but tonight I can barely type… so I’ll cut this off here and head off to bed… and look forward to sharing more tomorrow…
