/Alright, I'm finally getting my safety net back into position!!! I keep getting myself to where I'm about a review and a half ahead of schedule. This allows me to casually keep up with my SNL challenge while also being able to go about the rest of my life.
Last weekend I was sick so I burnt through my backlog while I took days off to recover. This was a freshly build backlog as I burnt through my last batch of backup a couple weeks before when I had a surprise visit with my family.
Even though I keep burning through the backlog that I build I have yet to miss a deadline. That said, meeting the deadline is not really my concern with keeping ahead of the game. Psychologically, I just feel more comfortable in my own head when I don't have to watch an episode, write the review and post my findings all within the same day.
For whatever reason, when I have an all in one review day, I end up feeling too burnt out to move on to the next episode. Again, this is a psychological thing because once I do get ahead of the game, I have way less hesitation when it comes to watching and reviewing multiple episodes in a day.
Right now, I already posted today's review and have tomorrow's review ready to go in my queue. Now I can casually watch and review Sunday's episode and possibly fit in Monday's as well.
I eventually want to get to where I'm an entire week ahead so I can get to a place where I am casually writing one review a day. This will allow me to keep this as a daily task with a lower priority so I can get back to focusing on my career change training.
Now it's time to try to knock out a few more reviews, I'll check in tomorrow with how many I end up getting to.
Talk to you then,
The Wicker Breaker
