Dateline 9-1-2016

Hmmm, I don't really have much to report on today. I spent the past couple days taking it easy after a solid week of working on my Old School WWF Quiz app. I spent so much time getting it just right that I fried my mind in the process.

I took one day off to hang out with my cousin and then tried to start the next lesson. As the lesson ran, I could stop thinking of a couple tiny tweaks to make to my old scoreboard app, implementing features I learned since taking those early lessons.   

I've added a timer as well as an option to share the image of the scoreboard to your friends on social media. I figured out the timer based on an app that I built through a different class. Now I'm stuck on the sharing feature because I can't quite figure out how to create a screenshot through the actual app. 

The next lesson looks like it covers some of the steps to help me out but I'm so close to figuring it out that I can't focus on the class with the issue in running in the back of my mind. I think I'm going to spend the next hour or two trying to figure it out and if I don't, I'm going to move on to my next lesson later this evening.
